東京著衣掏空案開庭　鄭景太遭查扣千萬今入庫！

國內知名的網拍品牌「東京著衣」，傳出董事長鄭景太涉嫌作假帳，掏空公司1.6億元資產，日前才剛以六百萬交保，不過據《蘋果日報》報導，檢調日前將鄭景太存放於家中小金庫的一千萬查扣，今（30）日檢方開庭時詢問鄭景太有無意見後，便將這一千萬元送往台銀存放。

根據檢方調查，鄭景太從去年11月起，與李姓會計師合謀，提供7間虛設公司，開立100多張假的統一發票，掏空公司1.6億元資產，鄭景太與周品均當初離婚時協議，男方可以擁有現金、房產，而「東京著衣」經營權則交由女方，鄭景太疑似不願將公司資產分給周品均，才會涉嫌掏空，全案朝侵占、違反《商業會計法》等罪嫌偵辦。

而查扣的一千萬，檢方也發現提領的時間是從去年的11月到今年，剛好與鄭景太遭指控做假帳的時間相巧合，不過鄭景太在庭訊時堅稱，這一千萬是為了買豪宅才由胞妹代為提領，並非不法所得也否認有掏空公司。

雖然鄭景太否認掏空公司，不過檢方懷疑，鄭景太才離婚幾個月，就更改進貨方式，雖然鄭辯稱是大陸廠商未開發票所致，但檢方仍將清查款項流向，比對鄭之說詞。
