邱姓與張姓男子涉嫌利用賽鴿旺季，在苗栗錦水山區架鴿網企圖「擄鴿勒贖」，兩人擔心觸怒「山神」，還自備蔬果祭祀；他們昨天上山取「肉票時」，被獲報埋伏的警方逮捕，依竊盜罪嫌將兩人送辦。
