科技部長回批「委外」：不會切割或迴避責任

海研五號沉船，研究員林怡君罹難。科技部長張善政昨到台南慰問家屬，他承諾最高標準撫卹、查清事件真相。但張也不客氣回批，海研五號船務雖「委外」，但船長等船員絕非一般派遣工，若有責任，科技部不會切割或迴避責任。

張善政三度嚴正澄清，海研五號船長是「委外辦理的專業職務，不是一般的派遣工」，希望各界不要認為委外工作就一定是很低階的工作，「用『派遣工』來形容船長，是把駕船專業給貶低了」。

張善政表示，家屬的悲痛，他感同身受，除依相關規定給付保險金，科技部也會以最高標準辦理撫卹。林怡君的母親詢問女兒能否入祠忠烈祠，張善政與台南市長賴清德都說，會請相關單位研究。
