（中央社記者翟思嘉上海2014年10月16日電）北京霧霾稍減，隨著冷空氣南下，霧霾抵達上海，今天凌晨開始，上海PM2.5持續升高，至截稿為止，上海PM2.5約為220，重度汙染。

上海昨天達到入秋以來的最低溫，16日天氣放晴，但「上海市空氣質量實時發布系統」偵測，從今天凌晨1時開始，細懸浮微粒（PM2.5）指標就開始上揚，上午9時達到220。

上海有關部門在地鐵等公共場合提醒，兒童、老年人及心臟病、呼吸系統疾病患者應避免長時間、高強度的戶外鍛煉，一般人群適量減少戶外運動。

不過，根據預測，這波霧霾對上海的影響持續時間較短，約持續至19日（週日）。
