德巴登符騰堡邦推住宅綠化法案

（中央社記者林琳柏林2014年10月22日專電）德國西南部由綠黨領導執政的巴登符騰堡邦推動住宅綠化的法案。如果邦議會通過，新建的房舍必須種植花木，若沒有花園綠地，就必須費心綠化陽台或是屋頂。

由綠黨及社會黨聯合執政的巴登符騰堡邦是德國經濟發展相對較優的地區。地區產業發達，包括汽車公司戴姆勒集團（Daimler AG）和一些電子及機械大廠的總部都設在這裡。

邦政府希望以佛萊堡（Freiburg)的模範社區Vauban為本，巴登符騰堡邦的新建築都能強調生態保護。這項草案將於11月初在邦議會進入二讀，通過可能性很高。
