月眉路弊案 基市議員鄭怡信延押

基隆市議員鄭怡信在月眉路工程案涉嫌行收賄，被法院羈押禁見。檢方認為他仍有串證之虞，在羈押期滿前聲請延押獲准，他確定將在看守所度過選舉投票日。

鄭怡信於月眉路道路拓寬弊案中涉嫌違背職務行收賄罪，8月27日被地院以涉犯貪汙治罪條例第5條及第11條，為罪刑7年以上重罪，裁定羈押禁見。

鄭怡信2天後即將羈押期滿，檢方仍認為他涉犯重罪、有勾串證人之虞，羈押條件依舊存在，22日向地方法院聲請延押獲准，從本月27日生效，至12月26日為止。

鄭怡信已由妻子代為登記參選暖暖區市議員，根據公務人員選舉罷免法，司法案件須三審定讞，當選資格才失效，延押裁定不影響他的參選資格。
