富邦人壽 取消投資慕尼黑不動產案

富邦金今晚代子公司富邦人壽公告終止投資德國慕尼黑不動產，原因是被其他第三人以更高價格承買，經過評估後取消此交易案。

根據富邦金規劃，富邦人壽原本已經取得金管會同意，預計投入1.596億歐元買下德國慕尼黑不動產，是富邦人壽海外添置不動產首例宣告破局。

但富邦人壽仍會持續海外置產計畫，據悉，區域仍包括歐洲。根據富邦人壽24日公告，已授權給董事長鄭本源全權處理投資事宜。
