捐款超過法定上限柯文哲將關帳

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲舉行記者會，公布競選收入，近半年收入已達近九千萬，柯文哲坦承，內部人員告訴他，MG149以前捐款增加不多，但MG149以後增加很多，他笑說，這有時候會引起公憤。姚立明表示，如果統計到今天，則是已經超過1億元。

由於法定北市競選經費上限為8700萬，而柯營的收入已超過法定上限，柯文哲說，他們將停止大額捐款，小額捐款帳戶也會從15日關閉。姚立明說，所謂大額捐款就是10萬元以上。
