樹林地政所推QR code 洽公免苦等

樹林地政事務所率先利用「QR code」條碼推出「人潮馬上看」服務，民眾洽公前只需用手機就能看到現場人數，節省時間。

今年新北市9間地政事務所為擴大便民範圍，各自推出新的智慧洽公服務，其中樹林地政事務所推出掃描QR code即可用手機查看等候人潮，避免到場才發現人擠人，只能乾等或下次再來。

樹林地政事務所主任李文恭說，員工發現民眾在意見調查表填寫不滿意「等太久」，為減少民眾不悅，設計「承辦人及人數查詢名片」，讓洽公民眾利用智慧型手機就能觀看現場人數。

其他地政所也有新服務，包括汐止新增連結官網、瑞芳新增line加好友、板橋新增服務轉介卡、淡水新增顯示所有各單位通訊錄的QR碼。
