黃世銘聲請傳鑑定人 合議庭駁回

檢察總長黃世銘涉及洩密案，台北地院今天(17日)下午再度開庭審理。由於黃世銘曾經兩度向總統報告關說案，被控涉嫌洩密，委任律師羅明通為了證明這部分涉及憲政爭議，特別遞狀聲請傳喚包括中研院院士胡佛和成大法律系教授蔡志方擔任鑑定人，確認總長向總統報告，是為了維護憲政秩序。律師表示：

不過，合議庭聽取檢辯雙方的意見後，認為全案並未達到憲法層級，不需鑑定人到庭，因此駁回聲請。但全案進行辯論時，可以採用兩位專家意見答辯，合議庭會加以參考。
