涉賣過期醫療品 揚通負責人交保

台北地檢署偵辦揚通企業販售過期心血管支架案，查出全台至少有90家醫療院所向揚通購買產品，正釐清有那些院所買到黑心產品；檢方昨天依詐欺等罪命負責人鮑文睿30萬交保、限制出境，鮑妻蔣玉如20萬元交保。

鮑文睿坦承竄改產品有效日期，但對產品流向交代不清；他獲悉交保後一時湊不出錢，將身上僅有的錢交給蔣玉如先辦保離開，隨後再由蔣女籌錢替他辦保。

檢方調查，揚通企業除提供醫療院所心血管支架外，另提供備料作為庫存，產品有效期限屆滿前，院所會通知揚通將備料取回；鮑文睿為避免損失，2006年起鼓勵業務員向各院所推銷逾期產品。

據指出，揚通、鏵甡企業涉嫌將心血管相關導管、支架、加壓器及軟管等產品，在有效期限過期前，私下竄改產品批號及日期，並委託專營滅菌消毒的善德公司重新處理，販售到醫療院所。
