《國際產業》松下東南亞3晶圓廠，擬轉售新加坡聯合科技

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】日經新聞報導，松下公司（Panasonic）決定一次就出售位於東南亞的三座半導體晶片廠，買主為新加坡聯合科技(United Test and Assembly Center)。

松下公司計畫在2014財年以前，轉讓旗下位於新加坡、印尼與馬來西亞的晶圓廠。松下與聯合科技正在討論交易條件，可能很快達成協議。新加坡聯合科技目前在新加坡、泰國、台灣與中國大陸均設有晶圓廠。

松下將一舉出售的三座晶圓廠主要生產微控制晶片、影像感測晶片與電源晶片等，因松下電視與數位相機等自家產品的晶片需求萎縮，導致三廠的產能利用率下滑。

在處分東南亞三廠後，松下的海外晶圓廠將只剩下在中國的兩座，最終也可能走上求售的命運。

至於國內廠，此前松下已決定分拆為於日本富山縣和新潟縣的三座晶圓廠，將其多數股權賣給以色列TowerJazz公司。此外，松下將於今年3月底關閉位於日本岡山縣的一座晶圓廠。
