台積：台幣匯價 Q1估算30

台積電昨（16）日在法說會提出首季營運預估數字，認為首季新台幣兌美元匯率為30，與昨天收盤價30.256相近，隱約暗喻亞洲貨幣競貶風潮暫時止歇。

台積電董事長張忠謀曾多次建議新台幣匯率應適當貶值，但昨天卻閉口不談匯率，不過，因台積電是以美元為產品計價基礎，在財報的預測數字中，也訂出新台幣兌美元匯率30的預估值，巧妙對近期新台幣走貶予以肯定。

不過，即使張忠謀未發言批評匯率政策，央行還是有備而來，下午主動發布新聞稿表示，台灣不用和日本一樣採取量化寬鬆，因為經濟規模小，即使採取QE，也沒辦法影響新台幣匯價。此舉被市場視為，是對張忠謀隔空喊話。

央行在新聞稿中指出，日圓實質有效匯率指數目前仍高於金融海嘯前的低點，相較之下，新台幣實質有效匯率指數仍低於韓元與人民幣，出口價格仍具競爭力。

官員認為，目前日圓匯價雖然在105元兌1美元前止穩，但這是短期內的看法，中長期來看，日圓匯價有機會先貶至110元，甚至115元，帶動韓元、新台幣匯率貶值。
