違反國安法 前記者郭玫蘭曾想吸收調查官

台北地檢署偵辦中央社前記者郭玫蘭涉嫌違反國安法案，查出她除試圖吸收調查官當下線，還要一名男記者及另名公務員蒐報政黨情資，近日將約談這兩名證人，調查郭女有無發展組織意圖。

檢方認為，郭玫蘭意圖替大陸國安單位向調查官刺探消息，昨天凌晨依違反國安法命郭女20萬元交保、限制出境。

郭玫蘭承認傳遞藍綠陣營資料給大陸「參考」，但堅稱資料是公開資訊，非公務機密；但檢方質疑郭玫蘭曾要求調查官賣情報，還說「大陸那邊錢很多」，告知向公務員刺探機密即使未遂也已觸法。郭女解釋，她跟調查官接觸是討論學術，所謂的錢是指「學術交流費」。
