馬侃籲美國對烏克蘭提供更多援助

路透報導，美國共和黨籍參議員馬侃24日表示，美國、國際貨幣基金、歐盟必須對提供烏克蘭更多援助有所準備。

馬侃發表聲明說：「烏克蘭人民此刻比任何時候都需要友邦的持續支持。」
