科技廠違水污法 桃縣重罰

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣2014年2月24日電）桃園縣環保局今天查獲楊梅一家科技排放超標酸性廢水，依違反水污染防治法相關規定，至少開罰新台幣10萬元。

環保局說，除要求業者限期完成改善，也列入優先管制名單，增加稽查強度，逾期未改善將按日連續處罰。

環保局稽查人員22日依線報，前往楊梅幼獅工業區周邊巡查至梅獅路349巷溝渠時，查覺水色似有異樣，經量測水質pH值4.7偏酸，立即循水路往上游追查，當場發現這家科技股份有限公司正在排放廢水，經檢測pH值4.1，屬酸性廢水，立即進廠稽查。

環保局說，這家科技股份有限公司設廠於楊梅市梅獅路2段，從事晶圓製造及半導體製造業，領有縣府核發的廢水排放許可證，卻於假日排放酸性超標廢水，環保局依違反水污染防治法第7條第1項規定，至少重罰10萬元，並限期於5日內改善完成，逾期未改善按日連續處罰。

廠方人員表示，因為第二中和槽的pH感知器故障，才會加入過多的硫酸，造成廢水偏酸，將會立即派員修復。
