上海今通過 3╱1起開放單獨二胎

上海市政府新聞辦公室的官方微博消息，上海市第14屆人大常委會第11次會議上午表決通過關於修改「上海市人口與計畫生育」的決定，上海將從今年3 月1日起開放「單獨二胎」，夫妻雙方只要有一方為獨生子女，就可以生育第二胎。

上海社會科學院城市人口所副所長周海旺預估，單獨二胎政策實施後，未來三年上海的新生兒將會增加約2萬名。
