關於電腦配備的需求,該怎麼評斷

大家好
我對電腦不是很懂
但想玩一款遊戲
看到他的配備需求如下

最低配置需求：
　‧系統需求 Window 2000, Window XP （Direct 9.0c）、Window 7 32b 64b、Window 8 32b 64b
　‧CPU Pentium4 2.0 G以上
　‧記憶體 512 M 以上
　‧顯示卡 Nvidia Geforce FX5200 以上
　‧硬碟空間 2 GB

以下是我的配備
K9N Neo V2 主機板
EAH5450 SILENT/DI 顯示卡

我看電腦系統是
AMD Athlon(th)64 x2 Dual
Core processor 4000+
2.11GHz 2.00GB RAM

1.我想請問這樣能玩嗎?
2.如果不能玩? 該升級哪些硬體?
3.希望可以提供最低預算的配備條件給我
