大法官釋憲：政黨比例制不違憲

制憲聯盟、公民黨、綠黨聲請立法委員選舉採單一選區兩票並立制，及所設政黨比例席次與5%政黨門檻之規定，是否違憲，請求大法官釋憲。

大法官今天做出第721號釋認為，公職人員選舉罷免法關於並立制及政黨門檻規定部分，不牴觸憲法增修條文規定，不違憲。
