養鴿擄鴿一手包 贖金8000起跳

夏季賽鴿資格賽下周展開，擄鴿勒贖集團伺機而動。北市刑大偵二隊連日在新北市瑞芳山區埋伏，逮獲以慣犯江育泉為首的5人擄鴿勒贖集團，警方查出，該集團看準鴿主精銳盡出加強放飛訓練，網鴿坐地起價，每隻鴿子勒贖8000元起跳。

綽號「阿發」的44歲主嫌江育全，本身飼養賽鴿參加各季賽事，私下是擄鴿集團首腦，成員包括他的弟弟，最近吸收一對李姓兄弟和楊姓男子加入，近兩周頻頻帶著新徒弟上山見習作案。

警方連日闢路上山埋伏藏身草叢，飽受蚊蠅叮咬，還一度遭到土蜂攻擊及人面蜘蛛的毒液威脅，一名小隊長被咬險些休克。

前天拂曉，10多名員警再上山埋伏，江嫌5人也帶著大批網鴿工具上山架網擄鴿，員警錄影蒐證完成後，立即現身逮人，因事證俱在，江嫌等人坦承犯案。
