趕暑假旺季 美髮師藏山區製毒

放暑假，國內毒品市場交易熱絡，刑事局昨天破獲國內首宗新興毒品「喵喵」製造工廠。警方調查，美髮設計師陳韋志，向老製毒師傅學藝，在山區鐵皮屋製毒被捕。

刑事局日前獲報有人利用新北市八里偏僻地點製作該毒品，循線查出28歲的陳韋志白天做理髮師，入夜便至鐵皮屋內待到清晨才離去，最初僅他一人，幾個月前，友人楊昌延也加入。

檢警5日晚派重兵在鐵皮屋四周草叢埋伏，守株待兔到6日中午才行動，破門逮捕戴著防毒面具工作的2嫌。

檢警查扣大批喵喵液態桶裝半成品與粉狀成品1公斤，還有少量bkMDMA和製毒工具。由於該bKMDMA因摻有安非他命、K他命，開始篩檢不出毒品反應，送回刑事局才驗出2、3級毒品成分，顯示混用毒品的嚴重性。

警方另找到1份筆記，寫滿化合物反應程式，研判係「製毒手冊」，使毫無化工背景的2人能夠按圖索驥製造。
