馬航墜毀／美國防部：無法確定誰攻擊

美國國防部發言人柯比少將在台北時間19日凌晨1時召開記者會表示，美國無法確定17日擊落馬來西亞航空公司MH17班機的飛彈，究竟是誰發射，也不確知其背後意圖，但烏克蘭親俄民兵必有俄國在武器、人員、財務等的支援，而美方目前尚無法確定此事件是否為恐怖攻擊。
