中國大陸新疆和田警方與3萬餘名民眾今天合力圍捕暴力恐怖攻擊分子，共擊斃暴徒9人，抓獲1人。

新華社晚間發自烏魯木齊的報導說，新疆和田警方7月27日偵破一起暴力恐怖攻擊犯罪案，根據民眾舉報，警方鎖定目標，並迅速組織警力進行圍堵。

報導說，1日12時15分，民眾在墨玉縣普恰克其鄉一玉處米地發現暴徒蹤跡。

當地公安（警察）民警和3萬餘名民眾合力圍捕暴徒，將他們逼至一處廢棄民房。

報導說，暴徒向民警和民眾投擲爆炸裝置，民警果斷處置，擊斃暴徒9人，抓獲1人，公安民警和民眾無人傷亡。
