標題[請問] 電腦變的很慢代表什麼問題

如題，請問板上網友 之前上網正常，今天上網速度奇慢，也就是我滑鼠游標移動不是很靈敏，我開的視窗也 沒有很多，也沒有一次運作多項事務 在一次PTT板上下載網友分享在他板的的資料，之後每次上網就會出現 V9.COM的網站作為首頁，如何排除? --
