檢驗員說餿水油是所驗過最臭的油

餿水油事件爆發三天，衛生福利部食品藥物管理署研究檢驗人員加班檢驗劣質豬油，在食藥署研究室服務近30年的蔡小姐表示，這次檢驗的餿水油臭翻天，是她驗過最臭的油，每天進實驗室全身味道，就像去吃燒烤後，滿身油味。

蔡小姐說，為了要盡速檢驗餿水油，實驗室的同仁每天加班，自己也取消原來和家人要出遊的行程，中秋連假都耗在實驗室中，每天8時上班晚上10時才下班。

為了要測量油中的酸價，必須要隔水加熱餿水油，蔡小姐表示，餿水油一加熱，就臭氣薰天，每次進實驗室就像是進去燒烤店，油臭味吸附在身上、頭髮上，也很難清洗。
