看好前景 聯發科投資阿里巴巴

手機晶片廠聯發科看好中國大陸電子商務市場中長期發展，透過旗下Gaintech斥資近8000萬美元取得阿里巴巴美國存託憑證117.5萬股。

中國大陸電子商務龍頭阿里巴巴(Alibaba)19日在紐約證券交易所掛牌上市，首次公開募股(IPO)發行價每股68美元，籌資規模估計將達218億美元，將至少是全球第3大IPO案。

阿里巴巴IPO案備受各界關注，國內包括富邦金控旗下富邦人壽、國泰金旗下國泰人壽及新光金旗下新光人壽都表態將參與阿里巴巴IPO。

國內IC設計龍頭聯發科也參與阿里巴巴IPO，斥資7990萬美元，取得117.5萬股阿里巴巴美國存託憑證。

聯發科表示，會投資阿里巴巴，主要是看好中國大陸電子商務中長期發展，而阿里巴巴某種程度代表中國大陸電子商務產業。

另外，聯發科與阿里巴巴關係密切，未來物聯網時代來臨，聯發科須與眾多相關網路公司合作。
