輕度颱風鳳凰預計明（22）日繼續往北遠離台灣，威脅將減。今晚8時，除外島連江縣未宣布，綠島鄉明天上午停止上班、上課之外；本島各縣市政府都已決定，周一恢復正常上班上課。

台東縣海端鄉霧鹿國小、利稻分校，明天停止上班、停止上課。

中央氣象局表示，明日颱風外圍環流影響，馬祖及台灣中南部地區有陣雨，其他地區及澎湖、金門仍有短暫陣雨。
