工會法施行細則修正 明上路

勞動部說，為防雇主藉由解聘工會幹部手段，進而影響工會運作，勞動部修正「工會法施行細則」，明確規定若遭雇主資遣或解雇的工會會員或幹部，訴訟或爭議期間仍可保留工會會員和幹部身分。

勞動部勞動關係司說，這次也修正辦理工會選舉事務時，可請「會務假」公假。相關修正預計明天上路實施。
