根據 GlobalWebIndex 所發表的最新報告顯示，Android 已經成為最流行的手機作業系統。在整體上，遊戲玩家使用 Android 的比例則是 53%，iOS使用比例為16%，微軟的Windows Phone 使用比例僅為5%。
整體來說 Android 在市場佔有率方面以絕對優勢領先，主機玩家的半數以上（54%），和64%手遊玩家都在使用Android系統。

 


不過該報告中還發現，iPhone 使用率高於任何其他設備，22%的電視遊戲玩家使用蘋果的作業系統，並且報告中 iOS 僅統計 iPhone 使用者資料。

從統計資料來看，Windows Phone 市場份額依然非常小，不過值得注意的是，超過十分之一的Xbox One用戶目前使用Windows Phone，而且16%的Xbox One用戶使用Windows平板。

從整體網路用戶比例來看，53%的使用者使用Android系統，16%使用iPhone，而僅有5%的用戶使用Windows Phone。
