營養午餐？宜議員建議改名健康午餐

宜蘭縣議員賴瑞鼎今天在質詢中指出，宜蘭學童午餐每餐40元，但在物價高漲之際，業者要壓低成本、又要選擇衛生營養的食材，又要兼顧利潤，實在很難，因此，要求合理且適當調整餐費，並將傳統的「營養午餐」說法，改稱為「健康午餐」。

對此，教育處長吳清鏞說，對學校午餐，現在都稱呼為「學生午餐」，而不是「營養午餐」，學生午餐的費用原本每餐35元，考慮到如果調高會增加家長的負擔，但又要兼顧成本與品質，因此在與家長會討論後，今年才調高為40元，對午餐品質，會請各校嚴加注意。
