標題[問題] 購物網站買手機的糾紛

在某很大間購物網站買手機 打開發現從鏡頭看到的畫面會有一個很大的白圓點，拍下來白圓點也在 但鏡頭外面並沒有髒，也看不出所以然來 退貨的原因就寫上這個問題，購物平台也很快收走商品 但之後，購物平台表示商家收回商品後，說他們出貨時手機都是好的，應該是我弄壞的 要我走維修管道，或是支付額外整新費用才能退貨 請問這樣合理嗎? 或是從購物平台買手機，就算是因為故障而退貨也要寫原因是不喜歡而已? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.34.121.158 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1413675626.A.43A.html
