政府設立財政部是要幫政府增加稅收，稅收目的是用在各項建設，而各項建設是幫助人民改善生活，人民投資股票一方面增加政府稅收，更期望賺錢改善生活。近日來，股市波濤洶湧、驚濤駭浪，短時間由9500多點一路下滑，猛跌到今日8500點附近，已大跌1000點，投資人很氣，投訴電話響個不停，痛罵政府無能，不食人間煙火，令人驚心動魄、血本無歸，全體投資人大賠無計，多在現場震憾哭泣，全家人感覺痛苦，融資又遭追繳斷頭，呼救無援、痛心疾首。政府誇耀股市是經濟櫥窗，要發展經濟、振興股市。請行行好，積積德吧！為一百多萬投資痛苦人著想，速用救市藥方，不要硬拗、孤意獨行、堅持自見，資助股災氾濫，死守大戶條款，外資去了了、大戶走了，既無價、又無量，政府收不到稅，投資人被整得更慘。
