處理器的閒置時間百分比 CPU 100% 又升溫

CPU: E3 1230 V3

我電腦比較少在關機 在使用中都很正常

但晚上掛著 早上起來的時候都會發現CPU所有核心都跑100%
溫度都飆到7x度
(我有用Core Temp的小工具監測)
滑鼠一動就又降回正常待機0~5%的使用率(溫度也會降回3x度左右)
看一下工作管理員就只有"處理器的閒置時間百分比"97~99%
其他沒有什麼超過2%在使用的程式

閒置時間百分比越大越好怎麼反而會讓cpu使用率飆高又升溫呢
正常來說待機沒開甚麼程式使用率都不會飆高的才對吧
而且溫度都飆到7x度

這樣長期下來cpu很容易掛吧

這到底是出了什麼問題?
