張忠謀:今年下半年也會比今年上半年好

台積電董事長張忠謀今天應邀出席「經濟政策菁英高階研習班」發表專題演說，面對媒體詢問下半年景氣，張忠謀說，下半年景氣很好，全世界都不錯，台灣也不錯。

張忠謀並說，下半年景氣會比去年下半年好，許多國家地區，也會比今年上半年好，台灣也不但今年下半年比去年下半年好，今年下半年也會比今年上半年好。
