標題[請問] 宅配運送冷藏 最後臭酸

想請問一下 最近有一件從農會寄出的冷藏包裹 管理室代收後沒有馬上冷藏(這邊是聽其他住戶說) "好像是宅配沒有說要冰 管理人員才沒去做冰起來的動作"(之後才發現是藍色的宅配單) 導致我的包裹有臭酸味 但也有可能是農會那邊出貨時商品就已經臭酸了 因為管理室那邊 我去領包裹時 是從冰箱拿出來的 有版友遇過這種情況嗎?? 那我是該先找哪邊賠償呢... -- 旅行是一種很難戒的癮 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.126.240.182 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1402536767.A.105.html
