國道現浮屍 疑尿尿跌落水溝

昨天在中山高速公路花壇戰備跑道 (中山高速公路南下206.4公里)邊坡旁水溝內，發現一名男性浮屍，今天檢方調查發現，死者上月29日搭乘阿羅哈客運，疑因情緒不穩在車上大鬧，要求司機放他下車，想不到慘死在水溝內。

國道三隊副大隊長洪漢程說，黃姓死者 (約40歲)上月29日搭乘阿羅哈客運，從新北市要到雲林縣斗南鎮找親戚，但在車上大吵大鬧，還向其他乘客潑水、喧嘩。

黃漢程說，晚間7時許張姓司機開到花壇戰備道路段時，黃男吵著要下車如廁，張姓司機無奈讓他下車後，黃男即跑走，因天色昏暗張姓司機追不上，只好繼續開車。

黃漢程指出，水溝洞口約僅1.5公尺寬、2公尺長、65公分深，警方不排除從高速公路滾下邊坡再落水，或想上廁所才會到邊坡下的排水溝，不慎跌落水溝被淹死，死因仍在調查。

至於死者死因及張姓司機是否有相關責任，仍待警方釐清。
