歐元區風險增 ECB低利現金失靈

（中央社台北2014年8月18日電）彭博報導，歐洲中央銀行（ECB）總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）因為押注歐元區經濟復甦而提供銀行低利率現金的承諾，將失去吸引力。

在彭博每月訪查中，經濟師降低根據提振銀行借貸計畫而接受資金的預估。降低預估表示他們擔心歐元區的經濟展望可能太疲弱而無法帶動貸款需求，破壞德拉吉所言恢復歐元區經濟體質關鍵的政策。

另外，與俄羅斯日益升高的對峙可能造成擁有18個會員國的歐元區經濟遠景惡化。歐元區的經濟成長已停滯，通貨膨脹並且是近5年來低點。這些對歐洲央行形成壓力，必須加強如量化寬鬆等激烈刺激措施，才能避免通貨緊縮和再次衰退的風險。

倫敦德國商業銀行（Commerzbank AG）分析師狄克森（Peter Dixon）說：「下一步是要看對流動性的需求有多大。如果離預期太遠，那就是歐洲央行可能必須重新考慮和再度討論量化寬鬆的時候。」

分析師預測銀行將在定向長期再融資操作（TLTROs）中借貸6500億歐元（8700億美元），不如上個月調查時預估的7100億歐元。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
