關於機車腳踩發動

因為最近要買車，無意間跟朋友聊到，才知道原來有的機車根本沒有腳踩發動的功能，只有電動發動，想請問三陽GT 125 SUPER和光陽GP 125兩款，是否都有腳踩發動的功能？

我認為，只有電動發動，萬一沒電或是啟動鈕壞了，車子不就都不能動？有個腳踩比較保險吧？
