聞風先遁？ 黎智英偕子漏夜離港

壹傳媒集團主席黎智英在其左右手Mark Simon到廉政公署總部受查前夕，漏夜與兒子坐飛機離開香港，去向未明，令人質疑他是否預早聞風先遁，有前廉署人員指出，若執法機關未有向法庭申請禁令，受查人士原則上仍可以離港。若其後有足夠證據予以拘捕及檢控，該人又拒絕自行返港，執法機關亦可透過香港與部分國家或地區簽訂的刑事互助協定，引渡目標人士回港。

剛於周三到廉署總部受查逾兩小時的黎智英，前晚與民主黨創黨主席李柱銘、前政務司司長陳方安生及天主教香港教區前主教陳日君等人，在其寓所大吃海鮮大餐。原來該場盛宴，正是黎智英與部分家人離港前夕的「最後晚餐」。

昨日凌晨零時40分，黎智英與一名兒子乘座駕離開寓所，直駛機場。兩人抵達機場後一直平排而行，惟期間絕少交流，黎智英更全程木無表情。

兩人一身輕便打扮，僅各自揹著一個背囊，亦不見有行李寄艙。兩人在航空公司辦理登機手續後，就匆匆趕往離境禁區。記者上前問黎前往何處，他不耐煩地說：「來機場就是搭飛機！……拍了那麼多天，應該都拍夠啦！」
