北市環保局強調：不會停收廚餘

台北市衛生局多元方式處裡廚餘，將廚餘製成堆肥、生質酒精等產品，強調不會停收廚餘。

針對聯合報日前揭露因堆肥廠商停工，且環保署原先預計利用廚餘沼氣發電計畫喊停。台北市焚化廠貯坑即將滿載，廚餘恐無處可放。

台北市環保局今表示，目前該局每日回收廚餘，九成為堆肥廚餘、一成為養豬廚餘。「養豬廚餘」變賣給養豬戶；「堆肥廚餘」則暫存於三座焚化廠貯坑。瀝乾水分及初步醱酵，減重、減積後，再分別產製堆肥成品或委外處理

環保局長吳盛忠表示，其中容量最小的內湖焚化廠貯坑，可存放9千立方公尺垃圾，目前僅使用一成多，容量綽綽有餘。

且今年六月得知活化八里汙水廠，將廚餘變成沼氣發電計畫中止。北市即於7月28日啟動備案，預計一年內增設粉碎、乾燥設備，進行「廚餘轉化生質酒精」試辦計畫。

另外下個月也將再次招標新的廠商，接續堆肥廠「康軒」。台北市環保局強調，不會發生停收廚餘情事。
