解開學生鈕扣 老師一吻判刑

彰化某國三女學生，去年被黃姓導師帶到空教室，假藉關懷女學生手上長痘痘，還問「如果不算年紀，妳會不會喜歡老師？」親吻女學生還「喇舌」，動手解開被害人白襯衫釦子被拒，二審認為他惡性非輕，昨依強制猥褻罪判刑1年4月。

黃姓導師（50歲）坦承擁抱及親吻女學生，辯稱是一時感情迷惘，絕沒有猥褻犯意。

法官查出黃姓導師在空教室內，摘下自己及女學生眼鏡，抓住被害人肩膀將臉湊上，親吻學生嘴巴附近，進而嘴對嘴接吻，還「喇舌」，過程動手解開被害人襯衫釦子，強制猥褻犯行明確。

合議庭審酌黃男身為人師，不維護師道尊嚴，利用被害人年幼心智未成熟，及對老師的信賴，趁機猥褻；開庭時被害人屢屢哭泣，被害人母親也表明不願和解減輕黃男刑責，因此予以判刑。
