國安密帳案 傳訊徐炳強

國安密帳案高院今天下午開庭審理，除了被告前總統李登輝、國民黨前大掌櫃劉泰英出庭外，合議庭另傳喚國安局前會計長徐炳強到庭作證。

本案涉及國家機密，高院採不公開審理。庭訊共三小時結束，中途休息兩次。

李登輝和劉泰英被控挪用國安密帳公款750萬美金（約新台幣2億多元）給台綜院，去年1月，台北地院認定是已故的前國安局長殷宗文與劉泰英合謀，李登輝不知情，判李無罪，劉被依貪汙和洗錢二罪名判刑2年8月、褫奪公權3年。特偵組及劉分別提出上訴。
