台中富商命案有第4人涉案？　警方否認

針對有消息指出，台中富商命案疑似還有「第4人」涉案，警方在26日證實，根據監視畫面，涉案嫌犯確定只有3人，而犯嫌曾到台中市東興路排骨店飯購買的便當數量也是3個非4個。

另外警方也查出，林姓、鄭姓兩名涉案共犯在18日犯案後，當晚隨即到位於台南市中華東路的色情理容院找按摩小姐尋歡；不過理容業者表示，他們不是「半套店」，而兩名小姐也休假沒上班，因此真相如何不得而知。

不過針對為何林姓、鄭姓兩名涉案共犯會在當晚出現在台南，警方也根據監視畫面指出，林姓、鄭姓兩名涉案共犯是先將犯案車輛開到新竹棄車後，再搭火車到台南與謝姓主嫌會合，全程都被監視器錄下。
