Cree入股隆達 持股13%

隆達電子（3698）今日宣布，經雙方董事會通過，將與美國科銳（Cree）進行藍光LED晶粒的長期合作協議，美國科銳出資8,300萬美元投資隆達電子，以每股新台幣30元持有隆達電子8,300萬股，隆達將長期提供美國科銳藍光LED晶粒，雙方共同追求在LED照明產業中的快速成長。

此外，隆達亦將得到美國科銳的LED晶粒與元件之相關專利授權。未來美國科銳將持有隆達電子約13%股權，成為隆達電子策略照明客戶。

隆達董事長兼執行長蘇峰正表示，隆達在中小功率背光和照明應用LED領域已擁有多年的專精技術與穩定的出海口，美國科銳則除了在高功率LED元件領域擁有領先的技術與產業地位，近幾年在照明應用市場亦快速發展。

此次隆達與美國科銳的合作，有助於隆達未來在快速成長的LED照明領域穩健發展，同時上游晶粒將擁有穩定的出海口，對隆達技術與產品競爭力提升上有極大助益。此外，此次透過雙方專利交互授權，未來可共享雙方在技術和產品上的研發成果，增加彼此的競爭力。
