國民黨在高雄市小港、前鎮區提名出現轉折，黨中常會前天徵召議員陳麗娜競選連任，昨天下午由國民黨高市主委顏世一將徵召令交到陳麗娜手中。

國民黨徵召陳麗娜參選，牽動國民黨在小港、前鎮區原提名的曾麗燕、蔡武宏與簡金城3名參選人的選情。

國民黨黃國雄黨部主委史忠義、前鎮區黨部主委許政博、小港區黨部主委黃美玉、小港區漁會理事長洪志昌、常務監事楊金豹、總幹事楊景富、飛鳳寺主委洪明三、里長吳文德等人，皆到場鼓勵陳麗娜勇敢承擔。

顏世一表示，7月31日，高雄市氣爆災變，高市府不負責任，事先防災不力、事發又處置不當，造成無辜市民生命、財產付出慘痛犧牲，國民黨作為高雄市在野政黨，有必要強化議會力量。

他指出，現階段衡量第二屆市議員選情發展，高雄氣爆災區如何重建，作為負責任政黨，徵召問政優秀的市議員陳麗娜參選連任，以強化監督力量。
