酒駕撞死人肇逃 男被重判

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄19日電）曾有酒駕前科的徐暐傑今年3月又酒駕撞死人肇逃。雄院審結，依酒駕致死判處徒刑8年6個月、肇逃2年，應執行有期徒刑10年。

高雄地方法院判決指出，徐暐傑今年3月在高雄市楠梓區酒後駕車追撞騎機車的海洋科技大學林姓學生和共乘女友，造成林男死亡、女友重傷。

檢警查出徐男去年7月曾有酒駕紀錄被吊照，今年3月2日清晨酒後駕車行經高市楠梓區左楠路時，為超越前方車輛撞上林男和女友，酒測值達0.51，全案送辦。

高雄地方法院審結，承審法官認為被告曾有酒駕紀錄和被吊照，不知悔改，且是去年6月酒駕肇事修法後發生的第一起酒駕肇事撞死人案，從重判刑。

雄院依酒駕致人於死罪判處徐暐傑有期徒刑8年6個月，肇事逃逸判處徒刑2年，合計應執行有期徒刑10年，附帶民事賠償判賠新台幣1005萬元。1030919
