教師節頒獎，製造明星教師？

928教師節快到了，全國教師工會總聯合會今天下午舉辦「super教師獎」，全教總理事長張旭政說，很多教師對於教師頒獎很「感冒」，認為這是製造明星教師，推崇個人主義。但張旭政說，教師獎是為了挖掘更多教育故事，也是表彰教師工作最大意義。

張旭政說，每個教師都有感人、盡心的故事，唯有透過每年的教師獎表揚，才能讓社會知道這一篇篇動人的故事，因為教師不只是一份工作，更是人與人之間關係的聯結。

教育部政務次長陳德華也到場致辭，他感激所有得獎教師，透過典範、故事，讓大家體會教育現場的改變與革新。他說，教育的工作十分可貴，自己也曾經擔任過小學教師，但最後變成「逃兵」；他從小立志要當小學教師，但後來發現教育行政屢屢干擾教育現場，所以才決定走教育行政，革新教育行政體制，不要再打擾教育現場。

陳德華說，現在社會環境變化很大，學生的心態受到資訊化影響逐漸在改變，因此教師工作面臨的挑戰越來越大，必須付出更大心力才能改變教育現場，幫助學生學習，因此感激教師的付出。
