如題 還沒辦離職 只有口頭告知 後悔不離職的話應該不會有什麼法律問題吧 像是主管應該不能就這點逼你一定要離職吧 當初預告要離職時 沒說中秋獎金要扣回去 知道要扣的時候 當然就不想白白被扣 要撐到10月才不會扣 想說都撐到10月了 10月10號有加班費 月底又可以拿到特休 考慮後決定先不要離職了 因為現在公司就是想逼走基層op 之後盡量找外勞 怕主管見獵心喜拿這點壓我 如果沒問題的話 反正我行的正坐的直對得起自己良心就好 也不用理那些資方走狗在那邊吠 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.234.217.186 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1411282018.A.280.html
