鉈中毒尚未破案　新北：醫院無含鉈的藥物

新北市新店區慈濟醫院爆發罕見的「鉈」中毒，已排除核醫顯影劑所致，中毒的原因和毒物的來源至今仍然是個謎。

據《中央社》報導，台北榮總臨床毒物科主治醫生吳明玲也指出，3名醫護人員檢驗出的鉈，不是核子醫學用於心臟冠留掃描、腫瘤檢查的放射性鉈201顯影劑，這說明醫院管制放射性物質並沒有漏洞。新北市衛生局派員調查，也發現慈濟醫院僅有「鉈201」並沒有含鉈的藥物。

吳明玲表示，這3起「鉈」中毒病例尚未破案。其中1名醫生是重複中毒，需要較長時間的解毒治療，另2名則是3個月內可望完全恢復。
