馬習會 王郁琦：APEC是適當場合

針對兩岸領導人「馬習會」議題。陸委會主位王郁琦今天在國民黨中常會上表示，陸委會樂意推動總統出訪到大陸，但要適當的場合、時機跟身分，「而且不是以政黨領袖身分」，而是以其他身分出席；當然以總統身分最好，但大陸方面對此還有不同意見。他個人認為APEC是適當場合，陸委會態度樂觀，也會積極推動。
